Hi, I am Patricia Corrigan, a Hypnotherapist dedicated to supporting you through deep emotional and subconscious transformation.

In my practice, I blend hypnotherapy techniques with intuitive insight, creating a grounded, safe, and compassionate space for healing.

Healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about understanding the patterns that once protected you, and gently updating them, so they no longer hold you back.

I believe transformation happens when safety meets awareness. When the nervous system feels safe, the subconscious can shift.

FAQ

What happens during a hypnotherapy session?

We begin with a grounded conversation about what you'd like to work on. I then guide you into a relaxed, focused state where the subconscious is more receptive, and we gently update the patterns we've identified. You remain aware and in control the entire time.

Will I be asleep or unaware?

No. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation. You hear everything, remember the session, and can come out of it whenever you choose.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you're working on. Some clients feel meaningful shifts after a single session; deeper patterns typically benefit from a short series. We'll discuss a realistic plan together.

Are sessions in person or online?

Sessions are currently available online so you can join from a quiet, private space wherever you are.
